TERMINATION

  • Member may terminate membership in SurveyMode with or without cause at any time. Member's termination of SurveyMode membership is effective upon Member terminating his/her membership on this Web site.
  • SurveyMode may terminate this Member Agreement, Member's password, account or use of the site, and remove and discard any Member content in its sole discretion, effective immediately and without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to provide accurate Registration Data; failure to provide accurate or truthful survey responses; account inactivity for a period of 12 months or more if SurveyMode believes that Member has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Member Agreement. Member agrees that SurveyMode shall not be liable to Member or to any third party for any termination of Member's account or Member's access to the site.
  • Accounts that have not been logged into for twelve months or more are deemed inactive and points earned in these accounts are null and void. Earned points are non-transferable and are void if a transfer is attempted. Earned points and/or rewards may not be bartered or sold.
  • Any account(s) that are terminated shall be deemed null and void and any and all information relating to such account(s) shall revert to or become the sole property of the Company, including but not limited to points, prizes, awards or credits, regardless of monetary value, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

    • FRAUD ACTIVITY:

    If at any time your account is discovered to have any fraudulent activity, as determined by us, your account may be terminated without pay. Fraudulent activity is defined as, but not limited to the following:
    i) Using false or misleading personal information while signing up for offers
    ii) Using a fake or auto/computer generated credit card number to complete an offer
    iii) Also, SurveyMode may not pay any user for any offer that has been charged back to the advertiser. If a charge back occurs under your account, as determined by us, your account may be terminated without pay. iv) SurveyMode feels very strong about fraudulent activity. If there are any questions regarding these rules feel free to contact us v) We will be taking legal action if we find any of our members having dummy accounts more than one per house hold (as stated in our terms and conditions) or people using prepaid or fraudulent credit cards with our sponsors (advertisers). If you are found to have done any of the above stated points, your account will be terminated with all earnings being held, plus any necessary legal action.

    ONLINE CONDUCT

    You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to your demographic and professional profile for the purpose of gaining access to survey opportunities. You also agree to provide accurate responses to all surveys you may gain access to through the site and to maintain only one (1) account at all times. If you violate these terms we may, with or without prior warning, terminate your account.
